Cartoonist's Comment: Our own efforts to "do our own thing", rather than what God has commanded us to do, will keep us from receiving the good things that God has for us.

Cartoonist's Comment: The idea of a farmer who is afraid to part with his seed and plant it in the ground is absurd. We as Christians should not be afraid to part with our seed, be it our money, time, effort, etc., for we know we will reap a harvest many times what we planted. |

Cartoonist's Comment: In John 16:33, Jesus says: In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world. Trouble may be mowing down everything around us, but in Jesus, we can stand and not be cut down. |

Cartoonist's Comment: To many people in this world, the revelation of God's love is as strange as sunlight is to a mole. We must continue to hold out to them the invitation to "come and see", to take a step on the ladder of faith and experience the goodness of the Lord for themselves. |

Cartoonist's Comment: I heard someone say that a good fight is one you win. In our fight of faith, we can take courage from knowing that God promises that we will win in the end. |

Cartoonist's Comment: All around us in this world is the spirit of heaviness, despair and depression. The garment of praise can protect us from these, even though it may look silly to some. |

Cartoonist's Comment: This cartoon is an encouragement to Christians to remain faithful in church attendance. We need the benefits that come from being a part of a group of fellow believers. |
I would love to read your comments! |
